This is what i usually do, UBC dunt tow u until u get a 3rd ticket so i usually wait till i get 2 tickets from them and then i go change my plate 
If you play by probability, it only costs $18 to change plates and by then, I would have parked at least 15-20 times on campus already  = blee123 15 & UBC parking 2= blee123 wins !! |
Just remember NEVER EVER register your car with UBC parking. Even if you get a parking pass don't use your real plate.
