That was the original reason for the creation of Brian Jessel Autohaus was that he got slapped by BMW Canada for importing some US BMWs for resale and they threatened to pull his franchise. The opportunity was too great so they opened a completely separate second dealership to allow them to sell US cars.

actually, thats where brianjessel wholesale outlet comes in..
then again, the EX-USA cars are actually trade ins! they dont buy in ex-USA's BMWs.. (assuming not a Z8)
