According to the manufacturer websites, his components require:
CPU: 125 W
video card: min. 500 W

I would go with at least a 850W, assuming he only has 1 or 2 hard drives.
Gives you the option to overclock/upgrade maybe a little down the road.

A good PSU is a component that is more "futureproof" than others, so it's a better investment than a "good" video card.

And as mentioned by ShadowBun in previous post, you won't want the PSU to run at max all the time, doing that will kill the PSU much faster, and the fan will also be HELLA LOUD when you are gaming.
