would 12+4 VRM on the V Pro edge out the 8+4+2 VRM on the Sabertooth in terms of overclocking?

the sabertooth looks bad ass but I dont want to run into fitment problems when I opt for liquid cooling with that TUF armour getting in the way.
kinda wished the V Pro had eSATA though...and can't believe neither $200 board has bluetooth even though you can buy adapters for under $5
also overkill for the V pro to have all 4 display outputs for integrated graphics
