There is currently a lawsuit about these supplements, and I think it even alleges that they used actual amphetamines, so the label may not be on the up-and-up... They allege that it is not actually a plant extract, but synthetic chemicals. This is similar to the problem the 1,3d supplements had, where they would call it "geranium extract" but it actually contained no geranium at all (because the plant version is ineffective in humans) Here is a good writeup on the lawsuit.
Something to consider, if you care strongly about what goes into your body. Especially if you have to take drug tests for work or sports.
