There's a little self-contained concrete box (never played so can't comment further) with nets off of 10th Ave (it's south of 10th on Cumberland) in New West. It's pretty tiny, but would be good for a shoot around or a 2v2.

Also in New West is Hume Park (another lacrosse box).

Depending where you are, in Surrey at Unwin Park there are 2 lacrosse boxes with decent concrete (one has hockey nets). Memorial Park off 41st has renovated their lacrosse box as well.

Also IIRC, there's a mini hockey box with short fence "boards" off of Deer Lake Parkway (I think east of Willingdon)

I don't play much outdoor roller anymore, so back then I would've listed off any lacrosse box, but I remember that some were in really crappy shape

You can also try parking lots if you want to play at night, but with security rent-a-cops differing in attitudes, ymmv. School parking lots are the same (I used to play at the back of Bby Mountain Secondary all the time)
