I wouldnt be overly concerned, if the tech knew what he was doing im sure he did it on the "tight" within reason. Eventually the belt will stretch and the noise will go, when its time to replace it will turn into a loud fluttering/smacking noise lol. Id rather have a bit on the tight side than too loose.
