Depends on the thermostat setting as well as the BTU's. Mine can get close to freezing if no one has been in to cooler in hours, normally about 4degrees. It's easy to maintain cold air in an enclosed room, since you are just cooling cold air. In their setup, they are cooling ambient air as much as they can, better than just putting a fan in front of the car. Similar to those CO2 kits that spray the intercooler/radiator.
