Yeah Gloucester's service is far, far better than Copa. One of the manager(?) ladies is very friendly. Might be your friend lol
My girlfriend ordered a cold milk tea with her meal, and they gave us a hot one by accident. We told her, she brought out a cold one, and offered us free ice cream after our meal
The food's pretty average, but their service is way better.
