Housing has bottomed out, and the Euro drama is pulling it back a bit, but I don't think thats a huge concern at this point
As you said, it may be the best house in a bad neighbourhood, but i feel like theres a ticking time bomb in that best house. Cause there is no simple solution thats going to fix the problem of trillions worth of debt
I'm just worried that i'm going to get caught in a freefall buying into one of these pull backs, but what you said is true, don't go all in
