Had chiu chow for dinner #1 tonight:
Marinated goose breast
Chicken
Razor clams
Fried squid
Dinner #2 was 2 steaks and 4 eggs, handful of asparagus, and some toast. Didn't take a pic, but it looked just like my last epic omelete.
With protein shake after workout, I'm sure I am well over 200g protein for the day.
