Well, if condoms are your sole method of birth control, then there is some risk. However for what it's worth, I've never had a condom break and I've used them many many times.
Ultimately, any time you have sex, there's a risk of pregancy. She has to understand that living life entails risks and that the onus is on both parties to manage those risks. You've done your part and like dino has said, she has to do her part other than preaching abstinence (which benefits no one.)
