So Skinny, I picked up some cheap multi vitamins from superstore, and they were trying to clear out some brand of cod liver oil so I managed to get a bottle for 3 dollars.
As for choline, I couldn't find it, but It would have been helpful if I knew that vitamin name for (b6?)
Supps weren't in this weeks budget so I gotta wait till next payday.
