You got played my friend, the one opening in Vancouver is Ding Tai Fung and the sign on it says it's from Shanghai. The real one is called "Din" Tai Fung and is from Taiwan. Typical trying to fake people out.
Tried the one in Bellevue recently and it was pretty good.
