I find this build works best with a bunch of item find gear bought for 5k off the auction house. I highly suggest farming the ghost sub-bosses with this.
I haven't tried this yet in hardcore mode, but I don't suggest trying it.

Edit: Near Death Experience is bugged, if you have serenity active and take a hit that would normally kill you, the passive will still activate even though serenity kept you alive, you will be reduced to 35% health, 35% spirit and knock back all the surrounding enemies which makes it a lot harder to kill them via reflect.
I tend to run this with as much movespeed and spirit regen as I can.

just tried it and it worked. Although... if you wanna get to the act bosses you`ll have to die many many times on the way there to get rid of the mobs and sometimes they don't die =/
I'm still paranoid about joining public games too even though I use an authenticator. I tried this twice and both times when I joined the public games to glitch the quest the people inside had weird names and numbers...
I can almost do act2 inferno so I`ll stick with legit, kinda ruins the fun of the game anyway :P
