Went full retard at the gym today .. maybe it was because I was forced to use the bumper plate area .. maybe it was because I was angry ... maybe it was because I knew everyone could see me .... but by the end of my Squats/Straight leg deadlift/hack squat I was too dead to anything else. Struggled through my leg press and bench like a biatch.
