no way current consoles can run that amount of detail on screen.
much like how Dark Sector was the first "next gen" game to actually be seen when it was previewed back in '04, 2 years before the current gen consoles came out
if it was just a pc game, ubisoft would have said this from the beginning like EA when they demo BF3 and MoH Warfighter and say it was running on pc hardware
