Squats: wider stance, use hips more. Focus on driving hips up, not pushing up with chest(from rippetoe). High weights; high bar gets reallly tough.
Stalled on squats for 3rd time now,just going to stop the 5x5 there

and continue with bench dead and row till I stop progressing. Will be stretching shoulders/hammies, building cushion for low bar.
