I actually have to agree with Jason.

Times have changed, lifestyles have changed. if you're decent looking and doing something "cool" with your life, chances are, you'll get it in before (and more often) than the average guy working an average day job.

The photographer or writer living downtown will get more sex than the accountant or engineer living in a Vancouver special. No question.
Sure, the latter may make more sense financially, but everyone wants the lifestyle that the majority doesn't have. If you're a dude and you have that, it's natural for girls to be more attracted to you.
