Overly verbose without actually saying much and little about the dishes themselves. With her background I find it odd that she doesn't know what squab is..about as odd that she has never ventured into Richmond for dim sum. I wonder if the staff even bothered to ask them for their tea preference and just gave them Jasmine
I guess with her first entry it's best to keep standards low. She only has room to improve from here
