Major in Sociology
The program requires that students complete:

SOCI 100 (6 credits)

SOCI 217* plus 3 credits of Sociology at the 200-level

SOCI 310 (6 credits)

SOCI 328 (3 credits)

6 credits from SOCI 350, 400, 414, 415

3 credits from SOCI 380, 381, 382, 383; and

a minimum of 12 additional 300- and 400-level Sociology credits.

Econ Minor

Students in a Major Program other than Economics may complete a Minor Program in Economics if they include, in the 120 credits required for the B.A. degree, at least 30 credits but no more than 42 credits in Economics.

At least 18 of these credits must be numbered 300 or above. However, ECON 310 and ECON 311 do not satisfy the 300 or above requirement.
Doesn't that mean you need to take at least one 400 level course? Either 400, 414 or 415? Unless SOCI 350 is 6 credits...

All in all, I strongly recommend double-checking with your advisor to see if you are eligible to graduate (if you haven't already done so). Last thing you want is delaying your grad because of 1 course. It has happened to someone I know...
