the auto is the same as the IS-F, albeit with 6 speed instead of 8. Its plenty good enough but it dosn't work as well as in the IS-F for whatever reason. I still prefer a real DCT like the one in my M3.
Its still a very fun car with either tranny because, all i find myself doing is throw/fling the car into corner at every possible occasion... everything else just dosnt really matter
