Lol, I have friends that rag on me for doing this. I ain't trying to show off my tiny biceps or legs, it's the cotton that gets sticky and uncomfortable/restrictive.
I'm trying out these sleeveless dryfit shirts, great stuff - Wish my belly was non-existent lol. And for shorts, it's really a compromise between cost. Cotton shorts for 5 bucks or high quality comfortable/non restrictive at 30?
I'll just hike up my shorts for squats thank you.
