Did that... all sticks boot.
Also ran memtest on them last night and they all checked out fine.
Called up Intel tech support this morning and they said it doesn't sound like the MB but could either be a faulty CPU, or RAM conflicting with the CPU's memory controller... (apparently I'm not the only one to call about this issue?

oh well, buddy needs some DDR3 for his build anyways, so I guess I'll just try it out with some new ram...
I've actually never heard of incompatible ram before...unless mac
