Also ran memtest on them last night and they all checked out fine.
Called up Intel tech support this morning and they said it doesn't sound like the MB but could either be a faulty CPU, or RAM conflicting with the CPU's memory controller... (apparently I'm not the only one to call about this issue?  )

You tried all the slots on the mobo one at a time?
Incompatible ram is not uncommon btw
