With Omega 3s you want to go as far DOWN the food chain as possible. So it goes
Krill Oil > Fish Oil > Salmon Oil > Seal Oil > Whale Oil, etc
Krill oil is good shit, but expensive. Salmon oil is good, but the omega 3 concentration is very low already. Fish oil is the sweet spot. for a high dose of DHA a day, with a good concentrate you are looking at 4-6 caps a day (with non concentrate, more like 12-13). With salmon oil it's up in the 20 cap a day range to reach the theraputic dose.
