Top employers is where I've looked; Wind, Bell, Flight Centre, Telus, Starbucks. If I can, I'd prefer a structured environment, and something corporate that would allow me an opportunity to learn.
I've had some bad experience with franchisees before and I'd hate to leave a 6-year job for a 2-week one.
