I remember one time this customer was disconnected for non-pay coz he haven't paid his bill for ages. I talk to him about this and he said he is coming over to meet with my managers to talk about making payment arrangements (now usually they do this over the phone with us but this guy own like over $2k on his bill and there are some charges he wants dispute). Curious as I was I look over to see why his bill is so high.
Big surprise this guy literally order over $1.8k or pay per view movies in a month and all of them are adults videos........ like you can see he constantly order movies after movies....... even if it is the same one. So I go and talk to the manager letting her this customer is going later to see her.
He comes and wants to shake hands with the manager as I happen to walk to by(just to see what's up). He held out his hand wanting to shake hands. My manager just totally didn't want to do it lol(you could tell from her face and experssion). She prolly don't want to touch his hands at all knowing what he did everyday and touched lol. Pretty funny.......
