I have tried one scoop in the past when it first came out..didnt do anything... then kinda forgot about it.
Anyways had a good workout.. shoulders/light back for reps
- DB Press 80X9 /70X12 60X15
- Arnold Press 60X9 / 50X12
- Cables
- Upright rows 45 bar with 35 plate (holding for few seconds at the top)
- Shrugs
