Sup guys,

I'm in the market for a new laptop for work and need some help. (Regular word processing with documents only)

Windows
14" or 15"
500GB HD
No heavier than 5 lbs
~7hour or more battery life
Optical drive, Webcam, USB3.0 is optional
Prefers HDMI, High res display
I've no clue about CPUs.

Every now and then, I might do some light gaming (D3?)
I can live with playing on normal graphics settings.

Budget is 1000 before tax
What are my options? If my budget is too low, whats the closest price without breaking my bank? I was looking at the Samsung Series 9 but it's a bit out of my range
