Phnom Penh - 8/10

First time going here after all the hype about it. I tried the butter beef and the beef fillets with some rice. Overall, 2 very solid dishes presented well; it's very tasty as well!

I may seem like a cheap-ass, but I wish there was free parking. I parked on the side streets

ps. spotted dark blue sti sedan with revscene decal yesterday there.
