buddy only been driving FWD his whole driving career, and decides to push his FR-S by turning off traction control and guns it. that's definitely asking for disaster to happen.
one thing I noted during his story was that he stomped on the throttle in mid-corner. big no-no on a RWD unless you're confident that you have the traction to support such a big input. he also mentions that when he would take that corner in his old CRX, the car would push out (understeer). another indication that he was taking on this "familiar" corner with too much speed.
adding to what duy- posted on revising the suspension, I wonder if Toyota will add a staggered tire/wheel set up down the line to combat oversteer characteristics. that's another thing Toyota did back in the SW20 days.
