The only business class that I got close to an is is bus 272 with an A-. Rest are either B+ or B-.

Minimum is a B+. I have a friend that TA'd with only a B+ in that class. They take into consideration a wide variety of things (altho I still don't completely understand how they select candidates): availability, grade, experience, English competency, professor you took it with.
