I had a mortgage specialist doing the scrounging for me before but because the times were not ideal, my mortgage was pretty high (think 5+%)...

Now i'm almost out of that (close to the end of the term) and interest rates are around 2.9x mark on some places, what are the best values that people have that just applied or re-negotiated?

I know that some hold a negotiated interest for 120 days so my goal is till the end of july since my mortgage ends at the end of nov (which is roughly that 120 days)...

so, provide contact details of person that you have done business with and which institution... if you can provide info like, lawyer, cash back, mortgage interest values, that would be great...
