I personally favor the ap-15s, they're very good for the price in terms of airflow, static pressure, and noise. That said, the Noctuas do have PWM control which is a consideration, but I recall them being a little worse noise and performance wise. Which hsf/radiator are you planning to use them on? Difference mainly being between air and watercooling; great for rads but average for heatsinks.
