U apply to become a TA.

Like I said a few posts up, they take into consideration your grade, prof you took it w/ (and the prof who's gna be teaching it), resume experience (volunteer and work), english writing competency and your schedulign availability (if the courses you're going to take clash with the course/tutorials you're applying for).

From what I know, they usually prefer 3rd year students (90+ credits).

Grade is not eveyrthing, because quite a few of my friends with A+ got rejected in all 3 of their application choices, and me and some other frds who got A's or A-'s got accepted
