I've been getting quite fancy pants with the food lately like expensive steaks and fois gras sushi but I'm going old school with tomorrow's post.
One of the dishes that reminds me most of my childhood. I remember always ordering minced beef on rice at Maxim's in Chinatown growing up. Sometimes I'd get the "Western style", which was more of a tomato base rather than soy and corn starch.
Also, the first of a few Seattle restaurants I've got on deck. One of the better Chinese restaurants in Seattle.
