man honestly nothing special,
- I just have always really focused on the actually lat portion of the exercise, really feeling the upper armpit/side of lats. I am not a big believer in dead lifts to get a wide massive back, that will get you the thickness. I always find one exercise like to do 8 sets at the end strictly for lats, like
i actually invented this exercise no joke but with a v hook grip, this will fuck you lats up to a whole other level
