Smashed the gym today, new prs in all compound movements in both weight
and reps, after a day of work too! Feels fucking awesome. Weird how my best days are always after work on a sunday with no food before it.
I finally understand the importance of a workout journal. I'm able to see past weeks progress, and there lies the motivation everytime i hit the weights, and i can see what works or doesn't too. Was always doing linear progression, 5x5 style so i never used one, but the LN program made me write things down.
