Yes, get rid of reflectors asap! As for tube, you may or may not want to cut it. If you plan to upgrade or sell the tube in the future, it would be nice to have the extra length, will suit more buyers. How many spacers do you have? Personally, I don't think it looks too bad with 'some' spacers.
