Gym is closed today.

Had my first shitty workout in a very long time yesterday. Not too sure if it was the amount of dim sum I ate an hour or so beforehand or because I didn't have my pwo protein shake. Or maybe both? No energy, couldn't finish some sets I could normally do. I was pretty frustrated.

Hoping to get back on that pumped train tomorrow though!
