Your best bet is Point Roberts or Blaine. I usually grab a couple bags from International Market Place whenever I pick stuff up from the Letter Carrier, there usually on sale for 2 for $5! Or if your really desperate you can find some sellers on Amazon.com and eBay.com that will ship to Canada, be ready to pay ridiculous shipping costs though.
