My Moms' '97 Rav4 is in need of a good, basic tune-up. As I live in a condo, any kind of wrenching underground in the lot is prohibited so I need a to take it to a good, reasonable shop that won't rape me as a dealer would....basics like plugs, cap and rotor (?) - wires, air and fuel filter.

Does anybody have any reco's in the tri-cities area that can tend to this?
