Ditto, I heel toe all the time on the street. May just be because my pedal position is very comfortable and easy to do, but actually feeling the downshift is a pet peeve for me when riding along in someones car lol.
I usually never downshift into second when coming to a stop. Third at the lowest, then just pop it out of gear to the stop since I'm already at a pretty slow speed when under 2000rpm in 3rd.
