Also re: whey, ON whey (among others like Dymatize) is filtered via a chemical process called ion exchange, vs Kaizen and other brands which use a physical filtering process (e.g. cross-flow filtration). Broscience suggests ion exchange although provides higher protein concentrations, the process may produce protein with lower bioavailability than standard filtering processes.
