I guarantee you not everyone counts calories. You guys like to use Halo for an example so.. he even stated he doesn't count.. just eats. I am sure he has a rough estimate in his head at least.
Instantneedles states he is FULL. I believe that. I know that feeling when I was bulking and there was no way I would be eating more.
Do you want a large portion of that food to go to fat storage or waste? Come on. How many people FAIL when they try to add mass by over eating and not doing it properly. I have seen so many people online and in person complain and completely screw up their body they have worked hard for by not adding on mass correctly.
Give the guy proper advice. He wanted some ideas on foods and diet so he can make the correct adjustments. Geez.
- I am not saying counting calories is not beneficial. It works to a certain degree as well.. but their are a lot of other factors to consider.
