I'm not so sure. Once I'm ready to actually formally date again, if a woman doesn't try and bust my balls every so often, I'd wonder if she actually cares about me. The women who have genuinely cared for me the most did bust my balls about certain things.
I passed out drunk in a shower once, my ex girlfriend broke down the door to make sure I was ok.(Dangerous, you can drown in only a few inches of water if you pass out.) A chick that didn't give a shit about me would have probably not even cared.
