First...nothing can 'make' you gay. You are born gay...or straight...or bi...(IMO).
I say, do what you want. Unless it is making you feel bad or you did not like him touching you and he wouldn't stop, I don't think you are hurting anyone.
If it feels good, do it! Don't let social stigma dictate how you are 'suppose' to act.
You are young....have fun and enjoy it.
