If you have skinnier wrists, you'll always have skinnier wrists. It's your bone structure. You'll notice even guys with "bigger" wrists, it's mostly all bone there.
As for watches, I'd say stick with ones where the face is predominantly a circular shape. Nothing too big, nothing too small. I actually think the shape of the diver style watches are the perfect size.
