Shops usually have sales in the fall/winter seasons. They need to clear out their inventory in order to meet the minimum purchase from the distributors. There are a lot of Kona dealers around town but my only experience (a positive one at that) was at Jubilee Cycles in Burnaby/Metrotown.

Edit: My very last MEC tire tube's valve stem decided to break. So fuck that shit. Will post a pic later.
